Stephanie Hansen, SPHR
Director of Human Resources
After earning her BS in Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University, Stephanie Hansen was hired for her first HR position. Over 25 years, and a few “detours” later, she is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, and still has a passion for working with managers and employees.
When not working, she loves to make memories with her husband and daughter while taking fun trips like cruises, traveling to other countries, and exploring the New England region. The family has been busy the last four years being a band family and their daughter has been in Marching Band and Winter Percussion Ensemble, excelling as a snare drum player. The family has enjoyed traveling with the band and percussion ensemble, helping move equipment and cheering the kids on to several championships!

Cathy Ringle, CPP
Director of Payroll Services
There was a time Cathy Ringle did not know what a Form 941 was for! She thought taxes were what were deducted from her paycheck, federal taxes, state taxes, and every other tax. She was previously a Phototypesetter and she thought,“what did I know about taxes?” Now, she is a Certified Payroll Professional certification to add to her 25 years of payroll experience and accomplishments. Ringle believes ”payroll is a profession you either love or hate” and frankly, she loves it. She remarks, “every person you speak with creates a different experience and opportunity to learn and grow. I hope I continue to grow for another 25 years.”
Ringle has an identical twin sister and regarding their professional choices, they could not be further apart. The only similarity is that they both earn a paycheck for doing what they love. Ringle exclaims that she has never mixed up anyone’s paycheck like her mother mixed the twins up when they were four-months-old. Although she promises she is not really her sister!

Michael Santamaria
Controller
During Michael Santamaria’s first year at Lexington High School, he took an accounting class and was hooked. He knew then what he wanted to do for a living, so he attended Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1998. Santamaria enjoyed his time at Bentley so much that he continued working towards his Master’s degree in the evenings, while working days with the DiSilva Family, starting in 1999. He graduated with his Master’s degree in accounting from Bentley College and has now been working with the DiSilva Family for over 20 years. Time has gone by quickly as he has always loved his job. Santamaria worked his way from Staff Accountant to Financial Analyst and is now the Controller.
When he is not at work, he enjoys coaching basketball and baseball for his three young children and spending time working out in his yard. He and his wife also enjoy showing their labrador retrievers in Conformation at AKC Labrador specialty shows and are training their Labradors to become certified therapy dogs.

She has two grown children who are both out of college and living on their own, leaving her as a self-described “empty nester.” Over the past several years, she has had a growing interest in wines, specifically Old World Varietals. Phillips has always had an interest in cooking and coming up with her own recipes. She is learning Italian and plans on spending an extended amount of time in Italy learning more about wines and cooking when time and circumstances permit.

Erin Lynch
Associate
Erin is responsible for a broad range of tasks at the office, but particularly enjoys working with clients, employees and different vendors.
Erin holds a B.A. degree in Psychology and an M.A. degree in Community-Social Psychology, both from UMASS Lowell. Erin has taught at UMASS Lowell, both online and in person. Erin comes to Navigate after being a Director of a Preschool where she loved being with the children and families.
